National Association of Seventh-day Adventist Osteopathic Physicians We must believe in luck, for how else can we explain the success of those we don't like.  Jean Costeau AOA Convention--New Orleans, November 1-5, 2009 D.O.s: Physicians Treating People, Not Just Symptoms

PURPOSE:

1. To represent the interests of Seventh-day Adventist osteopathic students to their training institutions (in the past principally, Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine).
2. To provide assistance and maintain a unity among our SDA osteopathic students while in training and those DO's in practice.
3. To attract more Seventh-day Adventist students into osteopathic medicine.
4. To enhance the spiritual, emotional, and educational well being of our students and physicians.
5. To be a conduit for physicians' tax deductible contributions to church related projects.
